All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any products at any time for any reason. Prices for all products are subject to change.  All prices include VAT. If we do not have stock of a certain item, please contact us at info@attheplayground.co.za and we will confirm availability from our suppliers. Should stock need to be ordered, At The Playground cannot be held responsible for delivering on time or getting such stock. Your order will not be shipped until we have received the full amount on the invoice.

At The Playground’s products are only sold and delivered within the borders of the Republic of South Africa. We do not export products.

At The Playground uses PayGate (Pty) Ltd to accept online payments. Card transactions will be acquired via PayGate who are the approved payment gateway for all South African Acquiring Banks. DPO PayGate uses the strictest form of encryption, namely Secure Socket Layer 3 (SSL3). Therefore customer details will be stored by At The Playground separately from card details which are entered by the client on DPO Paygate’s secure site. Users may go to www.paygate.co.za to view their security certificate and security policy. PayGate includes the following forms of payment: Visa, MasterCard, Secure EFT, Mobicred and Zapper. All payments must be made in South African Rand (ZAR).

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made via the Site. You agree to pay all charges at the prices then in effect for your purchases and any applicable delivery fees, and you authorize us to charge your chosen payment provider for any such amounts upon placing your order.

We reserve the right to correct any errors or mistakes in pricing, even if we have already requested or received payment.

We reserve the right to refuse any order placed through the Site. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same payment method, and/or orders that use the same billing or shipping address. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors.

In the event that the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25 of 2002 is applicable, the attention of the purchaser who is a natural person is drawn to the applicable provisions of Section 44 of such Act which reads as follows:

1. 1. A consumer is entitled to cancel without reason and without penalty any transaction and any related credit agreement for the supply of goods within seven days after the date of the receipt of the goods;
   2. The only charge that may be levied on the consumer is the direct cost (delivery fees and bank fees) of returning the goods.
   3. If payment for the goods has been effected prior to a consumer exercising a right referred to in subsection (1), the consumer is entitled to a full refund of such payment, which refund must be made within 30 days of the date of cancellation.
   4. This section must not be construed as prejudicing the rights of a consumer provided for in any other law.

‘Cancel’ means each party will be placed in the same position that they were in before the transaction took place. This means that you have to return the product in their new, unopened, undamaged and unused condition with all original packaging and materials (including any accessories or parts) and we will refund the purchase price. The transaction must be an electronic transaction — a transaction concluded via (in whole or in part) the website, email, or SMS.
