Delivery charges on orders will be calculated at checkout process of your order.  Delivery costs are excluded from the product prices and will be added to your final total of your order. 

LEGO AND BABY PRODUCTS

All orders will only be packed and sent when your payment has reflected in our bank account. Orders will be processed within 24 hours on receipt of payment (between Mondays and Fridays) and delivery confirmed by the way of tracking number.

We use Fastway for our courier service. You will be able to monitor your delivery with a tracking number at www.fastway.co.za . We currently only deliver within the Republic of South Africa.

All products purchased from the Site are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss for such products passes to you on delivery to the courier service. Fastway insurance covers parcels that may be lost or damaged up to R1000. If you have received your order confirmation email but your products have not arrived within the time specified, please contact us at info@attheplayground.co.za and we will do our best to assist. To avoid delivery delays, ensure that correct delivery details are supplied. Please also ensure that someone is available to receive your package during working hours.

Please note that we don’t do deliveries over weekends.
