RETURNS, EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS POLICY

Please review our Return, Exchange and Refund Policy posted on the Site prior to making any purchases. If for any reason you request a return, exchange or refund on a product the following rules apply:

REFUND AND RETURNS OF ALL LEGO AND BABY ORDERS

You may return or exchange your product in their new, unopened, undamaged and unused condition within 14 days on receipt of your item for a refund. Please send an email to sales@attheplayground.co.za and we will assist you with the process to follow. You will have to cover the cost to courier the product back to us. Refunds will be charged at 4% per transaction. Refunds could take up to 30 days to process. Chargebacks will be charged at 4% per transaction.

Sale, promotional or discounted items may not be returned, exchanged or refunded. Products with labeling, stickers, marking or branding from stores other than At The Playground cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded. Products that have been opened cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded. Boxes that have been damaged cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded. Damaged is defined but not limited to noticeable scratches, dents, holes, tears, creases and / or any noticeable change to the shape and / or overall integrity of the box.

If At The Playground has supplied the incorrect product, we will exchange it for the correct product as soon as possible or issue a refund, if the product is returned in its new, unopened, undamaged and unused condition. Notify us immediately via email at sales@attheplayground.co.za and we will investigate the matter. In such an instance, At The Playground will cover collection and redelivery costs.

Products to be returned must be packed in its original packaging with enough padding as to ensure that no damage occurs during the return process. If the product is damaged during the return process due to incorrect packaging, we will unfortunately not be able to guarantee you a refund. Repackaging for a return, exchange or refund remains your responsibility.

Please note: your right to exchange or return products is separate from your statutory right to cancel your order under the distance selling regulations.

Opened products or damaged sets which happened during the delivery process must immediately be reported to the courier service and immediately to At The Playground when delivered and received. We will require a photo of the outer box in which it was delivered, a photo of the inside of the box, including packaging and a photo of the damaged item.

CANCELLATION OF YOUR ORDER

If your motivation for cancellation is based upon fact that the order was made in error or that you have had a change of heart, we will refund you the total of the order, less 10% fees to cover any cost incurred to process and refund this transaction. If the order has already been dispatched see below.
